Author-it Resources FAQ
You can log a support case through the Author-it Knowledge Centre. From the Customer Resources page, select 'Log a support ticket', or raise a case directly at kc.author-it.com. The support team handles technical questions, account issues and product help.
All Author-it documentation lives in the Knowledge Centre at kc.author-it.com. It covers setup, authoring, publishing, the Translation and Review modules, AION output and every other feature, with step-by-step guides and how-tos.
You can download the latest Author-it On-Premise installer from the Customer Resources page. If you're not sure which version you need, the Knowledge Centre lists the current release and its system requirements.
Yes. The Author-it community hub is an online space where customers ask questions, share workflows and see how other teams use the platform. You can reach it from the Customer Resources page or at community.author-it.com.
Log a support case through the Knowledge Centre. From the Customer Resources page, select 'Log a support ticket', describe the issue, and the support team will pick it up. Include your version and the steps to reproduce so it can be resolved faster.
Author-it publishes a live status page at status.author-it.com showing current uptime and any active or past incidents for Author-it Cloud. Check there first if something isn't loading as expected.
Release notes for each Author-it version are published in the Knowledge Centre. They list new features, fixes and any changes to be aware of before you upgrade.
