Spell Check Book Does Not Always Work

Problem

If a Book is open in Book Object view, the option Tools > Spell Check Book from the main Author-it menu does not work.

Note: This option works correctly when the Book is open in Book Editor view

Workaround

Open the Book within Book Editor. You can then start the spell checker by either:

• From the main menu, choosing Tools > Spell Check Book

  -or-

• From the Book Editor menu, choosing Tools > Spell Check...

  -or-

• From the Book Editor toolbar, choosing the button.

  -or-

• Selecting F7 on your keyboard.
