Author-it Crashes if Setting Sort Order when No Index Entries are Included

Problem

Author-it crashes if right-clicking and selecting Sort Order from the Index when the Index does not contain any Index Entries are included.

Note: The Sort Order is used to determine where an Index Entry appears in the published Index. This option should only appear when the Index contains Index Entries, and an Index Entry is selected.

Workaround

Ensure your Index contains Index Entries and the entry you wish to sort is selected before attempting to define the Sort Order.
