Topic Added to Wrong Book

Problem

If you have two Books open, one using the Book Object view and the other in Book Editor view, then attempt to add a new topic to the one using the Book Editor, the new topic is added to the wrong Book (the one in Book Object view).

Workaround

If both books are open in the book editor, adding topics works correctly.
