Book Containts itself after using Copy and Paste functions

Problem

When using the copy and paste functions to insert topics into a new Book, the book will contain itself as an object after it has been closed and then re-opened.

Note: This only happens if the new book is saved before the topics were pasted into it.

Workaround

This can be avoided by not saving the new book before pasting the topics into it.
