Inserted Table Row Does Not Appear Immediately

Problem

A newly inserted table row does not appear immediately, if working in the Book Editor, and selecting to insert the row from the Book Editor menu (Table > Insert Row).

Workaround

Use the button on the tables toolbar. You can also use the shortcut menu by right-clicking inside the table, and choosing Table > Insert Row.

Alternatively if you move your cursor to another cell, the newly inserted table row appears.
