Author-it Hangs When Saving Topic With Embedded Tables

Problem

If embedding multiple topics that each contain a table only, and the last cell in one of the tables does not contain any text, Author-it may hang when trying to save the topic. For example:

This does not occur if there is an empty paragraph between the embedded topics, or if the empty paragraph is in the last cell of the last table/topic being embedded.

Workaround

Add a space (blank character) to the empty table cell/s.
