Step 2 - Grant file system read/write permissions to the shared data files

All Author-it users require file system read/write permissions to the shared data files, and the ability to create and delete files in the directory containing the library or libraries. When opening a Jet library an .ldb file is created in that same location. If a user does not have permission to create this file, a library cannot be opened.
