The following issues have been resolved in this build:

Using synchronize all headings in the Topic window could cause the (auto) heading level to become incorrect. This problem no longer occurs, however, any topics that have the wrong heading level can be corrected by having their template reapplied.
When using the print topic button in the Book Editor and the beginning of the topic contained a table, the heading was printed in the first cell of the table.
Release states that lack view privileges are no longer listed in the change release state menus.
Macros used during publishing now work for Word 97.
If the library was closed while a folder was still loading the list of objects, an error occured.
Attempting to open an empty (or non-Author-it) SQL Server database displays a warning.
Some imported topics contain tables where the borders can be turned off but not back on. The cell margin is now set when borders are turned on and this problem no longer exists.
Importing objects from another Author-it library could miss some objects. Embedded pictures were not imported correctly
When publishing to HTML, tables were encoded with border information assigned in each table detail. Now, where all cells have borders of the same color and thickness (and there is no horizontal cell merging) this border information is now encoded in the table.
When publishing to Word:
- Some Word Templates would display an object deleted error message.
- Topics with related topic groups set to display children, that had no children, created an unnecessary empty 1 x 1 table.
- Hypertext links set to "include as footnote" now work correctly. Previously, they only worked if the target Topic existed elsewhere in the Book.
Some File objects (such as embedded picture templates) caused a type mismatch error on opening in SQL Server.
The Book Editor could not make Book Objects active.
Exporting from SQL Server to Jet could fail.
The external files report in the administrator failed on SQL Server libraries.
Preview of File objects didn't work if there was only one object in a folder.
Importing WinHelp now imports Context Strings and Context IDs.

The following new features have been added in this build:

When creating a new version or a duplicate of an Object, variable assignments now are copied as well.
When multi-selecting File objects and applying a template that changes the graphic from embedded to linked, if no file exists at the path specified by the template a file is created. This means you can multi-select File objects and change the template from Embedded GIF to Linked GIF and not break anything. Be aware that the path specified by the new template must exist.
