Step 7 - Import Complete

When the import is complete, the Import Complete window appears.

When you've made changes to the structure or style mapping, you need to tell Author-it what to do with the temporary rules that were created in the profile. Available options are:

• Don't save changes to Profile - the temporary rules are discarded.
• Save changes to profile "Profile Name" - adds the new rules to the profile used to import the file.
• Create new profile - creates a new profile based on the profile used to import the file, but also containing the new rules.

Any problems encountered during the import are displayed in the Import log.

Any links referring to a Topic that could not be found during the import, are linked to the Invalid Import Links Hypertext Link object.
