Topic Not Appearing In HTML

Problem

I have a Topic that is set to appear in all outputs, but it is not appearing in the HTML.

Reason

1. The Topic does not have a Heading under the HTML tab.

   -or-

2. It's parent topic is set to not appear in the HTML. This makes all the child topics "invisible" in the HTML, regardless of which output they are set to display in.

Solution

1. Add a Heading under the HTML tab.

   -or-

2. Adjust where the Topic appears within your Book, so that it is no longer a child of a "Not in HTML" Topic and becomes visible again.
