The window name "BODY" passed to HH_GET_WIN_TYPE has not been specified.

Problem

When I link to my HTML Help file on our website, I am prompted to download or open the file from the current location. If I select the current location I get the error:

"The window name "BODY" passed to HH_GET_WIN_TYPE has not been specified."

Reason

If the URL of the link contains spaces, the resulting hotlink created by the Microsoft Exchange client is truncated.

Solution

Rename the CHM file to remove the space in the file name - if you link to "file name guide.chm" you will get the error, but if you link to "filenameguide.chm" you won't.
