Creating an Offline Library

Each offline author will have a personal Offline Folder that is displayed while in the central Author-it library. Only your own offline folder is visible to you.

This folder displays which objects will be checked out when the offline library is created.

Before creating your offline library, you need to identify which folders will be made available offline and which objects you wish to check-out.

To create your Offline Library

• Right-click on the Offline folder, and choose Create Offline Library.
