Editing Variables

You can edit the information that appears in a Variable at any time.

To Edit a Variable

1. Open the Library using Author-it Administrator
2. Choose Variables > Maintain Variables from the main menu.

   The Variables window appears.

3. Select a Variable and:
   • Choose the Properties button to display its properties.

   -OR-

   • Right-click and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.

   -OR-

   • Double-click the Variable.

   The Variable default settings window appears.

   

4. Make your changes.
5. Choose OK to save the changes to the Variable.
