Spell Checking a Topic

The Author-it Live Editor has a built-in spell checker that you can use to spell check text in a Topic object. Options for correcting the word are given in the shortcut menu which is displayed when you right-click on an error.

To Spell Check a Topic:

1. Choose from the Topic toolbar. Author-it Live performs a spell check on the topic text, identifying words spelt incorrectly with a red wavy underline.
2. Right-click on the word and choose an option from the shortcut menu, or choose Ignore Error.
