Email Notification for Reviewing Objects

Author-it Live includes email message notification to advise when a Book or Topic is ready for review. The E-Mail To option is accessed from a Book or Topic's shortcut menu and creates an email message containing a link to the object.

To review the object, your editor selects the link in the message to open an Author-it Live session and logs in; the object is automatically opened and ready for review.

To Create an Email Notification Message:

1. Display the Book Contents, folder contents, or search results object list
2. Right-click on the Book or Topic and choose E-Mail To. Add your editor's email address (and any additional notes if required) and send the message.
