Troubleshooting

If the Author-it Integration Server test fails

1. Open the Start Menu and select Run.
2. In the Run Command window type in the command iisreset and Choose OK. Retest Integration server.
3. Re-install integration server. Retest Integration server.
4. Re-install IIS.

   Retest Integration server.

If you have changed the Author-it Integration Server config file you will need to restart IIS.

To install Author-it Web Editor proceed to install Author-it Web Editor Editor.
