Copying a Customized Toolbar From Another Person

You can customize the Styles Toolbar that appears in the Topic Editor window.

To Copy a Toolbar From Another Person

Sometimes it's quickest to copy another person's customized Styles Toolbar, especially if you're setting up toolbars for many User Accounts at the same time.

1. From the Copy Toolbar From Another User list, choose the name of the User Account from which you want to copy the customized toolbar settings.
2. Choose the Copy button. The settings from the other person's toolbar appear.
3. Save your changes by choosing the OK button.
