Description of Files Included in a Translation Job

The following files are created for the translation job:

1. The translation job XML file, using the file name selected in the Translation Export Wizard. When multiple locales have been selected a translation job XML file is created for each locale.
2. The Author-it XML Schema Definition file (AuthorIT.xsd) that validates the JobName.xml file.
3. The Author-it XSL Transformation file (AuthorIT.xslt) that allows JobName.xml to be opened in a browser and transformed into something that looks like a document rather than a list of nodes.
4. Depending on the image options chosen in the Administrator, the folder contains copies of the embedded images in the original file format, the linked images in the original file format, or preview copies of the images created using JPEG format.
