Understanding Task Folders

Tasks are listed alphabetically in different Task Folders in the Tasks tab of the Library Explorer, according to their progress through the task's life cycle:

Pending

Tasks which have been released but which are waiting for prerequisite tasks to be completed before your work on them can start and/or Tasks that have been newly assigned to you or any of the user groups you are a member of, but which have not been accepted by anyone yet.

New

Tasks which you have accepted but have not yet made progress on (shown as 0% complete).

Current

Tasks which you have accepted and have made progress on.

Rejected

Tasks that you have rejected.

Pending Approval

Tasks you have finished work on which are awaiting approval before they are complete.

Completed

Tasks which have been completed and approved if an Approver was specified.

All

All tasks, regardless of their status.
