Spaces When Ending Topics With Tables

Problem

I'm having trouble when ending a Topic with a table. There is always a Body Text style paragraph directly below the table. I have tried deleting it but it won't go away! So now I end up with a big gap between my Topics.

Reason

This is a standard behavior of Tables - you'll find Word does the same thing.

Solution

To get around this spacing issue, you can apply a style to that paragraph with no spacing and a font size of 1pt.
