Completing a Task

When you have finished the Task, you need to tell Author-it that it has been completed. If the Task has an Approver, they'll need to do this. Completed Tasks are removed from your Current Tasks list, and you get that warm glow that comes from knowing you've successfully knocked off another challenge.

To Complete a Task

  1. From the Tasks tab of the Library Explorer, select the Task you want to mark as completed.
  2. Right-click on the task, then choose 100% Completed from the shortcut menu.
