The Project Process

Author-it Project Manager gives you the power to plan, manage, and complete a Project on time.

Step One: Project Planning

First consideration should be given to the amount of tasks required to complete a Project. Project Manager allows you to sort these tasks in order of priority and track their start and finish dates. Tasks can also be assigned to users and groups. Project Manager can then calculate the estimated project completion date.

Step Two: Managing the Project

Using Project Manager it is possible to track the progress of each of the different tasks that make up the Project. This gives you a birds-eye view of the overall Project. Tasks can be allocated resources and adjusted as necessary to ensure timely Project completion.

Step Three: Project Completion

The culmination of good Project planning and good Project management is a successfully completed Project. All tasks and resources have been efficiently coordinated through Project Manager, and deadlines met as required.
