Can I "Turn Off" The Page Numbers On The Related Topics In My Word Document?

I don't want that the Related Topic's page numbers appearing in my Word Document. Is this possible?

Not really. You can prevent the whole group from appearing in your word document, but you cannot turn off the page numbers. You could use a specific style for those group items you do not want a page number for, and then do a find/replace in word after publishing. The find string would be "^t^d PAGEREF" using the specific style and replace it with nothing. If you are not using an English version of Word then this string may be different.
