Adding a Row to a Table

Extra rows are added to a table using the insert row buttons on the Table toobar, or the commands on the table shortcut menu (available when you right-click in a cell). New rows are added above or below of the cursor's location.

To Add a New Row to a Table:

1. Open the topic containing the table
2. Move the cursor to a cell in the table
3. Choose from the Table Toolbar, or right-click in the cell and choose Insert Row Before from the table shortcut menu

   Choose from the Table Toolbar, or right-click in the cell and choose Insert Row After from the table shortcut menu
