Opening a Topic

Topics are opened from a Book's contents, or the folder or search object lists. When a Topic is opened it is displayed in the Topic Editor.

• A Topic can be edited when no other users have the topic open at that time.
• A Topic is opened in a read only state if another user has it open.

To Open a Topic in the Editor:

1. Locate the topic in the Book Contents, Folder or Search results
2. Double-click on the topic to open it

   Right-click on the topic and choose Open Topic from the shortcut menu.
