How Can I Adjust My Finished Manual Size Permanently?

We use a 7 x 9 finished manual size...How can I set this permanently?

We do this for our own manuals. Author-it uses its Media objects to control the page setup. You can set the paper size and the page margins how you want them in the "Paper Size Template" media object, and this will set the same margins in all the other media objects for the sections of your printed document.
