Workflow Overview

The workflow used by your author's, designers, and web administrator begins with a thorough understanding of your website - the layout used and types of content included. Once you have analyzed the website and content you can create a workflow for each role.

• The designer and programmer work with the HTML templates, style sheets and functionality - the elements providing the look and feel for the website.
• The author creates the content used by the website in Author-it.
• The website administrator builds the website experiences, associates the content and elements creating the look and feel, and reviews the website.
