Making a Version Active

Once you have finished making changes to the new version of the object, you can make it Active. There are implications to this action.

To Make a Version of an Object Active

1. Close the current Active version of the object, and any related objects.
2. Open the currently Inactive version of the object, that you want to make Active.
3. From the main menu, choose Object > Make Active

   -OR-

   From the main toolbar, choose the button.

   The open version of the object becomes Active, and the previous Active version becomes Redundant.
