Caption Tab

The Caption tab contains properties that define a caption for the embedded or linked picture or OLE object when it is published into a Word document. Captions do not apply to document files so these properties are ignored if a Linked Document file is specified.

File Caption

Defines a caption for the file in the Word document.

Note: This caption will only be added if the File object is either in the contents of a Book, or in a paragraph all by itself in the text of a Topic.

File Caption Label

Allows you to choose the type of label that will prefix the caption. Captions are automatically numbered starting at 1 from the beginning of the document for each type.

File Caption Position

Allows you to choose where the caption is positioned relative to the file in the Word document - above or below.
