I get a "page cannot be displayed" message in the browser

Problem

I publish my presentation, click on View Output and get a page cannot be found message in my browser. When I close the first browser window I find the presentation is displayed in a second browser window. The presentation works but I can't view the Table of Contents.

Reason

The Standard TOC object has been used in the book instead of the Presentation TOC object.

Note: If the DHTML TOC object is used in the book the presentation will still open with a "page cannot be displayed" message, and the contents pane will open displaying a semi formatted Table of Contents.

Solution

Remove the Standard TOC object from the book and add the Presentation TOC. Save the changes and republish the book.
