Topic Text Must Have A Style Applied To Every Paragraph

Upon pasting text into a Topic in Author-it, the error "Topic Text Must Have A Style Applied To Every Paragraph" appears and the Topic cannot be saved.

Reason

You cannot have text without formatting - each paragraph must use a paragraph style.

Solution

Once you click OK the cursor moves to the paragraph that does not have a style applied. Apply a paragraph style and choose OK. Repeat until all text has a paragraph style applied.
