Website Manager

The Website Manager action is used to automate the process of adding pages to Website Manager.

Note: Before setting up the action ensure you have created the FTP or Move action to transfer the files from the publishing folder to the Website Manager review content folder on the server.

To create an AWM Action:

  1. Select Website Manager from the actions list. The Website Manager action window opens.
  2. Add the URL and login details required to open Website Manager admin. Choose Connect.

    AWM Import Action

You will receive a "connection successful" message if the server connection is established. If the connection is not successful, correct the settings and retest the connection.

  3. When the connection is established the language, placeholder, and template lists are populated. Select the default options for the website.
  4. Choose OK to save the settings and close the window.

The action is created in the Before Publishing list. To move the action to the After Publish list select the action and choose the Move Down arrow. Ensure the Website Manager action is listed after the FTP or Move action. Save the changes to the profile.
