Configuring Xtend in Author-it Service Manager (Xtend users only)

To Configure the Xtend Service:

1. Right-click on Author-it Xtend Indexing and choose Configure Service. The Author-it Xtend Indexing Settings window opens. Select Start Automatically, then Save your changes.
2. Right-click on Author-it Xtend Indexing and choose Start Service.

   

   Tip: The Author-it Service Connection Settings for the remote server are shown in the bottom-left corner of the Author-it Service Manager window, these are used for the Xtend URL in the Live Configuration Tool.
