Graphics Showing Blurry and Enlarged in Author-it and in Published Web Outputs

Problem

PNG, JPG or BMP graphics saved with a resolution of 72 dpi display enlarged and blurry in both Author-it and the published web outputs.

Workaround

Save the graphic at a resolution of 96dpi.
