Delete and Undo Causing Bullets and Numbering to Disappear

Problem

When deleting text that has a bulleted or numbered list style applied then performing an Undo action, the bullets and numbering disappear.

Workaround

The disappearance is just temporary and the style is correctly applied. If you save and reopen the topic the correct formatting is shown.
