Last Template Not Remembered When Creating Objects From the Main Window

Problem

Creating a new object from the main Author ribbon no longer "remembers" the last template that was used.

Workaround

Select the template again from the dropdown.

Note: This applies to the main window only. The template is remembered when creating new objects from the Book Editor.
