Folders Expand Too Quickly When Moving Objects Between Folders

Problem

If you move an object from one folder to another by drag and drop, as you drag the object over a folder that contains other folders, those folders all expand immediately.

Workaround

Drag the object(s) carefully so you hover directly over the folder you want to move the objects to, and not over other folders.
