Using the Move Buttons on the Book Contents Toolbar

Objects in the book's content pane can be quickly moved to a new location using the move buttons. The options let you promote or demote objects to another level, or move objects up or down.

Note: When you select an object, the options available depend on the object's current location. As a result you'll notice that you don't always have the same group of options available.

To Move an Object Using the Move Buttons:

1. Choose on the Book Contents Toolbar to put the book into Edit Mode.
2. Select the object you want to move.
3. Select the move option from the Book Contents Toolbar. You may need to choose additional options to move the object to the desired location.
4. Save the changes to the book's structure.
