New Topics Not Added to an Open Book

Problem:

You are working in book and you create a new topic using the option on the Author ribbon in the main window. The topic created in the selected folder but it is not automatically added to your book.

Workaround:

Open your Book in the Editor, then create a new Topic using the option from the Book Contents toolbar.
