Custom Color Palette Not Always Updating RGB Values

Problem:

If you select a color directly from the color picker's custom color palette the RGB values are not updated (remaining at 0,0,0 or 255,255,255), and the color added the custom colors list is not correct.

Workaround:

Select a basic color first, then select your color from the custom color palette.
