Reset Button Not Removing Custom Search Selections

Problem:

Custom search criteria selections are created in the advanced search options by combining two or more of the available filters into a single group. The Search pane's Reset button is used to clear previous search criteria so you can start a new search for other objects.

If you choose the Reset button after creating custom search selections, the custom selections are not removed from the search field's drop-down list. Selecting the custom selection from the drop-down list causes the search results to display all objects in the library.

Workaround:

Rather than selecting the option a second time from the drop-down list, recreate the selection and choose Find Now.
