Listing Library Variables

You are able to view the list of variables for the library from within Author-it.

Displaying Variables:

1. In the main window choose the Author-it Button > Manage Variables. The list displays the variables available in the library.

   

2. Double-click on a Variable to display its Properties window.

   

   Note: The properties of the Variable can only be viewed. You are not able to directly modify or delete this information. You can assign a new value to the Variable when it is used in an object.

3. When you have finished viewing, choose OK to close the properties window.
4. Choose OK to close the variable list window.
