Editing an Embedded Graphic

When you have embedded a graphic, you can edit whenever you need.

To Edit an Embedded Graphic:

  1. Open the File object containing the embedded graphic. Either locate the File object or open the topic containing the graphic, then:
    • Double-click the File object or graphic

      -or-

    • Right-click on the File object or graphic and choose Open.
  2. Switch to any of the output format tabs (Print, Help, or Web). The graphic is displayed in the File object's Preview pane on the right of the window.
  3. Right-click on the graphic and choose Open. The image editing program used by your computer to open graphics of that format is started, and the graphic is opened, ready for editing.
  4. Make your changes, Picasso, then save them.
  5. Choose OK to save your changes to the File object.
