Removing a Style From the Styles Toolbar

If you no longer need quick access to a style, you can remove it from the Styles Toolbar. You can then select the style from the Paragraph or Character styles drop-down lists.

To Remove a Style From the Styles Toolbar:

1. Open the Editor and choose Edit > Format > Format Dialog Box Launcher.
2. Select the style in the Toolbar Styles list on the right, then choose the < button to remove the style.
3. Choose OK to save your changes.
