Copying a Customized Toolbar From Another Person

Sometimes it's quickest to copy another person's customized Styles Toolbar, especially if you're setting up toolbars for many User Accounts at the same time.

To Copy a Toolbar From Another Person:

1. Open the Editor and choose Edit > Format > Format Dialog Box Launcher.
2. Select a user in the Copy toolbar from another user list.
3. Choose Copy.
4. Choose OK to save your changes. The chosen user's toolbar is displayed in the Editor.
