Changing the Position of a Style on the Toolbar

You can rearrange the order of the Styles on the Styles Toolbar, moving the styles into groups based on attributes or styles you use most often.

To Change the Position of a Style on the Toolbar:

1. Open the Editor and choose Edit > Format > Format Dialog Box Launcher.
2. Select the Style you want to move, then:
   • To move the style further down the list (towards the right of the toolbar), choose the Move Down button.
   • To move the style further up the list (towards the left of the toolbar), choose the Move Up button.
3. Choose OK to save your changes.
