Creating an Internet URL Link

When you want to create a link to a URL use the following steps.

To Create an Internet URL Link:

1. Select the text you want to link from.
2. Choose from the Topic Toolbar. The Insert Link dialog box is displayed.
3. Add a description for the Hyperlink object.
4. Select the template to base the Hyperlink object on.
5. Type in the URL and description of the Internet URL you are linking to.

   

6. Choose Add to move the link description to the Linked URLs field.
7. Choose OK to create the link.
