Deleting Pages

If a page is added to Website Manager in error you can delete the page from Website Manager in the Pages tab. Deleting the page in the Pages tab deletes the association to the page but does not remove the page file from the content folder. When the page is deleted the entry in the sitemap is also deleted.

To Delete a Page:

  1. Open the Content screen.
  2. Choose the language you want to update and choose the Pages sub tab.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the web page's name. You can select more than one page. Choose Delete Page(s). The page list is updated and a confirmation message is displayed.

    -or-

    Select the checkbox in the page list's header row. Checkmarks are added to all pages. Choose Delete All Pages. A message is displayed asking you to confirm you want to delete the pages. Choose OK to complete the action. The page list is updated and a confirmation message is displayed.
