Expanding or Collapsing Folders

The folders in the Library Folders list expand and collapse the same way as the folders in Windows Explorer, so you can see more or less of each folder's contents.

  • To expand a folder so that you can see its contents, click on the Folder Expand Icon icon beside the folder.
  • To collapse a folder so that its contents do not take up any room, click on the Folder Collapse Icon icon beside the folder.
  • To expand or collapse a group of folders hold the CTRL key while you select the parent folder's expand or collapse icon.
